Delivery

Standard Delivery – This will cost £4.95 and will be delivered within 5 - 10 working days from when your order is placed - some items may take longer, using Royal Mail ( to be safe please allow a little extra time during busy sales periods) We may need to send bulky or heavy items out by Courier. In the event that a product has been overlooked, and is currently out of stock, you will be notified of this and and we would expect to get your goods to you within 14 days. 

Next Day – We do not currently have a next day delivery service, but please check back soon as we are always updating our services. 

Please do contact us if you need to meet a certain delivery date and we will do our very best for you.

Please note:

* We don’t deliver at weekends or on bank holidays.

* Some orders will require a signature on delivery, we will notify you of this if it is the case. If you are not available to sign, the driver may ask a neighbour to sign for it. They won't leave parcels if they can't get a signature. If they leave it with a neighbour they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.

* We do everything we can to meet the delivery times stated, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore can not be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

* Your order may be delivered in separate parcels, or by separate carriers.

Free Deliveries

We are currently offering free delivery if you spend £75 or over in a single transaction. This offer only applies to orders placed with a standard delivery.

Where Do We Deliver

We are able to deliver throughout the UK (including the Isle of Man and The Scottish Islands) and Northern Island. We can't deliver to UK PO Box addresses and we are also unable to deliver to the Channel Islands.

There may be additional delivery charges for certain "out of reach" delivery locations e.g. in Northern reaches of mainland. We will contact you to discuss delivery prices in this situation.

At the moment we do not offer non UK delivery. Please check back soon as we are always updating our services.

Change of Delivery Address

If you have placed an order and would like the delivery address changed then please contact us here and we will do our best to do this for you.

Tracking Your Order

You can track what status your order is at if you have registered an account with us.

To do this click on ‘My Account’ at the top of the screen and log in, click on order history and you will see all orders you have placed and there delivery status. 

Lost Deliveries

All our parcels are clearly labelled with a delivery label. If your order has been sent as a standard delivery thorough Royal Mail we will not be able to track it. If your order is undelivered within the time stated then please contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding it. 

If after contacting your local sorting office you have still not received your order or if it has been returned to us then please contact us here and we can either re dispatch your order or arrange for a refund.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Toy Adventure. If for any reason you would like to return an item to us you can do this within 28 days of receiving your order. It needs to be in its original condition, unopened and with all parts and instructions. We will then issue you a full refund. We do not refund delivery charges and all postage costs incurred are the responsibility of you the customer.

Before you return your item to us you will need to obtain a valid Goods Return Number (GRN) you can do this by emailing here and stating:

Your order number

Your product code

Reason for return

We will then provide you with your unique GRN and instructions on how to return your item to us. Please note that your GRN will only be valid for 14 days. If you do not send the products back within this timescale then your returns number will no longer be valid and your products may be rejected.

All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, ideally within 7 days of receiving the returned items.

Please do not try to return items to us without your GRN as we cannot accept items without authorisation and such items will be rejected.

Faulty Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit we will gladly refund or exchange it for you free of charge. Any postage costs incurred will also be refunded in full. You must notify us of any faulty items within 3 days of receipt. After this time we reserve the right to return the items to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, but we will be happy to assist you.
