Using our Website
You don't need to register to look around our website or to purchase anything. You can look around to see our products and our special offers, or you can find out more information about us.
The top of every page is duplicated, this will help you with navigating around the website.
- You can click on “Home” or on the Toy
Adventure logo to return to the homepage at any time.
- You can click on “My Account” to check
or change your personal details.
- You can click on “Contact us” to
find details on how to contact us.
- If you can't find what you are looking for, simply type in the exact product
name or the type of product into the “search” box and what is
available using the words you have typed in will show on screen.
- If you would like to log into your account simply click onto “Log
in”.
How do I register
To register an account with us simply click on “My
Account” which is at the top right hand side of the screen. You can
then select create account, then follow the registration process.
We will ask you for your personal details such as Name and address, telephone
number, a memorable password and if you would like to opt in to receive our
monthly newsletter. For more information please have a look at our privacy policy,
which is under the conditions tab.
I’ve Forgotten my password
Don’t worry if you have forgotten your password just simply click on
the “Forgotten Password, click here”
button which is located when you click on “My Account”.
What is a Wish List
A wish list is somewhere you can store a list of toys that you might not want
to order today, but might want to in the future.
You can even email your wish list to some one else, this may come in useful
for sending a list of toys to someone you would like them to get for birthdays,
Christmas etc.
When you find a toy you would like to save, simply click the ‘add to
wish list’ button, you will need to log in first. You can then view the
item/s under My Account. You can choose to leave them
there or add them to your cart, or you can delete them.
I have a Complaint
Were very sorry that you feel you have a complaint to make, we work very hard
in trying to please all our customers. If you do have a complaint, simply click
on the “Contact Us” button for how to contact us. We will try to
resolve your complaint straight away for you.
