Ordering

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order up until you have submitted your order. After you submit an order we will send the order details to you in an e-mail.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. Occasionally, however an error can occur. If we find an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you as soon as possible and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order with the corrected information or cancel it.

Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that our product descriptions and images are accurate, we cannot guarantee that the colours and styles of the delivered goods will exactly match.

Please note that Toy Adventure will not be responsible for typographical, pricing and other errors, and reserves the right to cancel any orders based on such errors.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. You will be given the option to either backlog the unavailable item(s) at no extra postage cost or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
